Vision for Youth offers a range of unpaid, voluntary placements in: HR, Finance, Events, Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, Social and Digital Media and assisting our Programmes Team with research, programme design and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL).
By volunteering at Vision for Youth you will help us support youth living in some of the world’s toughest places. In return we can offer:
- One-on-one mentoring and support
- Valuable experience in the charity sector

- A reference and /or recommendation on LinkedIn
Who: We are looking for fluent English speakers who are motivated, proactive, organised and reliable, and can demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will need to be familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, with the ability to conduct online research and a willingness to learn how to use new systems.
When: Volunteers usually commit to three to five days a week, with placements lasting from one to three months. Students often volunteer with Vision for Youth during university holidays.
We aim to offer as much flexibility as possible, to enable volunteers to work part time while they are with us.
Where: Internships can be in our offices at Arusha, Tanzania.
